AEI TÈXTILS, the technical textiles’ cluster of Catalonia, organized the first members’ meeting of the year on January 14^th. The meeting was held in Marina Tèxtil, headquarters, member of the cluster. AEI TÈXTILS members visited the manufacturing facilities of the company, manufacturer of fabrics for personal protection.

AEI TÈXTILS used the occasion to gather the different cluster members to publically present the LIFE-FLAREX promotional video and brief about the current status of the project and the expected results to increase awareness and disseminate the results.

The project video aims to raise awareness and consciousness about the need for safer and environmentally-friendlier finishing products for many household applications which currently contain hazardous chemicals.
